Refunds & Exhanges

At Iris Rayne Studios, each product is lovingly created with care and attention. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

✨ Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • To start a claim, email hello@irisrayne.com with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of any errors or damages

- A description of the issue

I will do my absolute best to make things right!

✨ Exchanges

  • If you’ve received the wrong item by mistake (oops!), I will of course replace it free of charge.
  • Exchanges are only offered for incorrect or defective items.
  • If an exchange is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Once an order has been handed to the postal service, it’s officially out of my hands, but I know how important it is to get your goodies!
  • If your package seems delayed or lost, contact me and I will help guide you through tracking and options.
